Administration: Office Settings

Hello fellow eScoreBoard'ers.  In today's post we want to share with you a new administration page that has been added to eScoreBoard, Office Settings.  Since this page controls settings for the entire office it only appears for the General Agent / Managing Director of each office and home office personnel. 

All of the setting shown above are available in the current version of eScoreBoard, but any changes required you to contact our support team.  Now in eScoreBoard 4 you'll be able to edit them via the UI.

The page is broken down into the following four sections:

• Calendar Setup - Here you can choose what day of the week your work week starts.
• Email Reminder Settings - Here you can set on what day activity email reminders are sent to your producers (Keep in mind emails must be enabled for each producer.)
• Report Setting - Allows you to select which report options are available to view on a standard report
• Other Settings - Contains the setting for the number of users listed in the "Top Producers" section of the dashboard.  The value can be a number or a percent.
