Reports: Producer Summary Usage Report

One of our favorite additions to eScoreBoard 4.0 is our producer summary usage report.  This report combines information about (a) how the selected producer is setup and using eScoreBoard, and (b) how they are progressing toward their annual goal (commission, GDC, etc.).

The report is broken down into the five tables.
  • The table at the top provides background information about the selected producer (manager name, start date, etc.)
  • The "Usage Review" table provides information on the frequency of the producer reporting along with the frequency in which the producer and manager complete the weekly Action Plan (aka Review)
  • The "Goals Review" table displays how many weeks goals have been setup, the producer's annual goal and how much production is needed for the remaining weeks to achieve his/her goal
  • The "YTD Performance" table compares the producers actual versus goal while also sharing how far ahead (or behind) they are relative to their goal
  • Finally, the "Commission" table (or GDC, or the goal setup for your account) shares the producer's production level over the various listed timeframes
This report acts as a great starting point for the producer's weekly one-on-one.  First, you check to be sure they are utlizing eScoreBoard, next you check to see how they are doing versus their goals, and then finally you can jump into specific activity evaluation and performance.

Remember, activities drive results.

All the best,
- The eScoreBoard Team
