Reports: Leaderboard

Jumping back into the blue Reports section, we have a new report to share with you: the Leaderboard report.  This report is quite simple; it lists out the top performers in either your agency/firm or your company (depending on how your account is setup), for each category.

To generate the report you select your desired timeframe as well as the number of users you would like to be listed under each category/ratio.  The report will generate the list for each and every category and ratio.

You may notice that the report will display additional users if a tie exists.

We've had clients who would compile this report manually each week and now its here for everyone to benefit from.  Sharing and posting this information within your office each week is a great motivator.  Tieing rewards, either manually or via eRewardBoard, to activity performance is a sure fire way to rally the troops.
