Dashboard: What-If Calculator

Activity management is not exclusively concerned about number crunching what happened in the past.  In fact, reviewing the past is, in and of itself, not valueable unless you are taking the information and changing your actions going forward.
One of the new widgets we added to the Dashboard focuses on the future.  It is the "What-If Calculator".  This calculator is pre-populated with your average activity for the last 90 days.

The calculator has three inputs (Seen, Sold and How Much) that are mapped to your categories and ratios along with two outputs (weekly and annual commission), which also are mapped to your goals (commission, GDC, GDR, etc.).
The inputs can be updated so you can see (or can share in the case of a manager) how your weekly commission can change significantly with just a slight increase in activity.  For example if the producer above were to increase his Closing Interviews by just 0.5 per week (that's just one extra closing attempt every other week) his/her annual commission would increase by over $9000!
Small changes, big results.
If you have any questions about the upcoming release of eScoreBoard 4, please feel free to leave us a questions here, or to contact your account manager.
All the best,
The eScoreBoard Team
