Everyone loves top five lists. Everybody. Its my theory that this is why the Leno versus Conan debate has hit us so hard. Who will read us our top five lists now? And if we didn't have a deep, undeterred love of top five lists, why was John Cusack movie High Fidelity such a classic?
Now that we're in agreement, I'm excited to introduce the Leaderboard Report! This report will be housed in the Reports > Basic sub-tab, and will display the top five individuals for each category of your regular reports, for any timeframe that you select.
Top Five Reasons You'll Want To Use The Leaderboard Report Regularly!
1. You'll be able to look at the top five performers across a whole array of timeframes quickly and easily!
2. All the Categories and Ratios that you already know and love!
By including the skill ratios and vital signs in the order that they appear on any other report, you'll be able to compare and contrast your agents in a template that is familiar to you and easy to read.
3. You're not just limited to the Top 5
Select and review any number of individuals (1 to 5) depending on your needs and interest.
4. No custom categories left behind
No one wants to go to the trouble of adding in custom categories just to have them missing from these reports, right? Right.
5. Makes it easier to spot treads and highlight strong players!
Which makes it easier for managers to effectively manage your team, and makes it more clear cut to producers where they stand versus their peers.
