Administration Week

I mentioned it late last week, but this week I'll be showcasing some of the new features and functions on our Administrations Tab (that's right, the red tab where you change your password).

I'll be taking questions, posting screenshots from eSB 4, and going over some "How-To" info, starting with:

"Hi there, I''m a manager and I've noticed on your blog and on your training materials, there is often mention that I should be able to add new users and delete new users from the administration tab, but I can't! Why not? And will this change in eSB4?"

- Thank you for your question! Being able to add a new user, edit user information, and delete a user from the Administration Tab is a customizable function. This means that your home office or eScoreBoard administrator selects whether your team should have access to adding/editing/deleting, customizing to how they believe we can work together to keep the most updated information in eSB. While these settings can be modified, it's ok to assume that if you have access to adding/editing/deleting account information in eSB3, you'll still have access in eSB4. Similarly, if you don't have access to one or all of these functions in eSB3, you probably won't in eSB4.
